Their car wash put a gouge in the back bumper which they are going to fix, but it is an inconvenience for me. Nothing on the receipt notates they changed the Passenger Compartment air filter which is on the maintenance schedule for this visit. Also, I would expect them to check the air pressure in the tires when they rotate them. This wasn't done either.
As usual, I experienced great customer service skills from the service representatives at Hendricks' Cadillac. My service rep that day was Brock and he did an exceptional job in taking care of my needs from the time I entered the dealership until I left....... as a very satisfied customer!!
My visit was the result of another dealerships work which resulted in my vehicle breaking down on the highway. Hendrick's was the closest dealer and they were extremely professional, courteous, understanding of the situation, explained and performed the work in a timely fashion.
