7500 mile maintenance, tire rotation, and oil change with the normal cadillac inspection. The only thing that I noticed they did not do was top off the nitrogen in the tires. After I left the dealership, I noticed the tire pressures were 31, 31, 34, and 38. Someone had a little trouble using their tire pressure gauge.
Your staff is always friendly & professional. Since the work on our 2013 SRX was going to take quite a bit of time, we were provided with a new loaner car. I really appreciate the staffs' attention to detail. Our SRX was fixed, washed and ready to go the next day. This is my FAVORITE dealership -- they know how to treat people like valued customers!
I feel the service is just not the same as when i first purchased my Cadillac. Service has gone down hill.
I purchased a 6 pack oil change because of the great service and ability to get a loaner car. Now the rules have changed and i wasn't informed - you can't get a loaner car because my service has to be more that 90 minutes to qualify. Would have liked to have received a letter stating the change in advance so I am not surprised about it when I made my appointment. And also get the ability to get my money back from my 6 pack oil changes that are left because the same service isn't there.
Also when i made my appointment, no one said anything about hey your due for your 90,000 service want to add it on? When I dropped my car off they did which is good. But guess what ...now I would have qualified for a loaner car because the service time is greater than 90 minutes. But guess what, we don't have a loaner for you to use today.
Which I understand it wasn't originally scheduled that way but this is just not good service and doesn't make you feel special as when I first purchased my car.
I was in Kansas City traveling for vacation. My car had a wheel bearing go out which brought me to the dealer. They got me in right away without an appointment and diagnosed the problem in the time that they told me it would take. I was not pressured into a repair but they told me that they had the parts on hand and could have my repair done in about an hour. The car was finished and ready to go in the time that I was told which was a pleasant surprise. The car was clean inside and out and ready to go. It was an excellent experience and comforting to know my car was safe to travel back home in.
I dropped car off at 7am, no call about progress, update all day. I call at 4pm to find out they never worked on my car. Maybe tomorrow. I had a loaner, Ha, it was filthy inside and outside with 63 mi til empty. Parked it at my home. I complained to manager ,they dropped off my at at 5pm next day, still no call as to the repairs updates, etc. This is my 3rd Escalade, all serviced at your dealership. Extremely disappointed. Things are not the same there as they were in previous years. Its very different and not an improvement.
